How to use oracle and mindfulness cards
Using oracle or mindfulness cards is a great way to work on self-reflection and development and can be used as part of a regular ritual, journalling or meditation practice. To use oracle and mindfulness cards, begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space. Take a few deep breaths to centre yourself and focus on the present moment and what you wish to get out of the experience with your cards. You may have some questions or thoughts in mind that you wish to reflect upon, as you pay these attention, shuffle your deck and draw a card or several cards at random. See how your question or thought can relate to the imagery, symbols, descriptions or prompts displayed on your selected cards, this can help your thoughts to go in a different direction or prompt your journaling process. Use the cards as a guide and let your intuition guide you. These cards are useful tools that can deepen your mindfulness practices, offering insights that can inspire personal growth or provide clarity.
What are affirmation cards?
Affirmation cards contain positive thoughts, statements or phrases that you can use to reframe negative thought patterns and implement into your daily mindfulness practice.
