What is the difference between a calendar and a diary?
While our range of calendars and diaries at hardbackhollow are each built to help motivate and inspire you to kick-start your day, there are notable differences between both. A calendar typically includes dates, days of the week and months and is used to just mark down notable events, whereas a diary holds space where yogis can capture their own personal thoughts or jot down affirmations of the day.
When should you keep a diary?
A diary gives you the freedom to write down thoughts to help spot patterns in emotions and to understand more about yourself, while also serving as an outlet to jot down monumental life events, experiences and special moments you may want to remember when you reflect in the future.
